"I've never done much more than threading with my eyebrows occasionally, but when I was diagnosed with cancer, my support group suggested I consider microblading before chemo started. I contacted Lisa, and she was able to fit me in quickly before chemo. She clearly laid out instructions to avoid coffee and alcohol before I visited her, and the pricing options were also communicated clearly beforehand. She took a lot of time talking me through the different options, especially since I probably wouldn't be able to do a touch up session once chemo started. She was really patient and thorough, showing a lot of examples of previous clients.
Once we decided on ombre and what shape examples, she drew an outline on each side, taking many measurements to ensure they were symmetric. She did a great job taking my feedback, and we also talked about how the darkness or the brows and shape would become softer over time.
She was lovely to chat with throughout, and I loved her music playlist. The time flew by. She was thorough with her verbal and written instructions on after care and encouraged me to send pictures and questions in the following weeks. I really love how they came out, and I get tons of compliments.
I feel comforted that I'll still be able to express myself with my eyebrows after chemo. I'm looking forward to seeing Lisa again post-chemo in her new space in SF!"

Definitely recommending Lisa! As a working mom who doesn't have time to do fix myself, getting an Ombré shading with Lisa is good investment and very practical. This was my first time ever getting my eyebrows done and she exceeded all expectations I had. First off, my eyebrows are thin, sparse and uneven. Lisa was very helpful and very detailed from the beginning. I was hesitant to get these done because of a keloid. Lisa scheduled me for a patch test and that gave me assurance. Her patience and attention to detail is topnotch. I've never felt rushed. On the day of my appointment, she took time mapping my eyebrows and made sure that Im ok with the shape and color. Her studio is very clean and even gave me a goody bag for aftercare. For the actual procedure, yes I did feel some discomfort but maybe my pain tolerance is low but she applied a numbing cream. Lisa made my mornings easier!

Scheduling was easy and she's incredibly responsive. Her studio is just darling! It's so clean!!! Parking is also easy to find.
The procedure itself went well. She puts you at ease and walks you thru the process each step of the way. I am sooooooo HAPPY with my eyebrows! They look amazing and incredibly natural. I rarely wear makeup as I've got two little ones so I wanted a very natural look. Now when I wake up I totally look more put together. these new eyebrows makes such a massive difference!!
