Disclaimer: Each person is unique and everyone’s body and skin responds to permanent makeup differently, therefore we cannot guarantee 100% satisfactory results. We reserve the legal right to refuse service to anyone. Our prices are subject to change at any time. These terms and conditions were created to ensure you have the best experience possible. Disqualification List

• Anyone under 18 years of age

• Pregnant or nursing 

• Anyone with skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, etc) 

• Anyone with underlying health conditions (cancer, diabetes, lupus, etc)

• Anyone with transmittable blood conditions. (hepatitis, HIV, etc).

• Anyone taking blood-thinning medications

• Anyone prone to excess bleeding

• Anyone taking skin medications such as accutane or steroids, which can cause skin thinning and sensitivity.

• Anyone currently under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment.

• No previous complications with tattoos 

• Not prone to keloids 

• Please notify us of any medical, skin or allergen concern

Booking Deposit 

• I require a $100 deposit to confirm your booking which will go towards your final payment on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations/Reschedules​

• We require 48 hours advance notice for all appointments needed to be rescheduled. Please note cancellations or appointments rescheduled before 48 hour window will result in a forfeited deposit and any future appointments will require a new deposit. Thank you for your understanding and being respectful of our time.

No guests 

• ​No guests or pets will be allowed out of respect for other artists and clients in the studio. 

​

Late/No-shows

• Please be mindful our time is just as valuable as yours. Please come on time to your appointment to allow adequate time for your session. It is a commitment of time for you and the service. If you are more than 15 mins late, you will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited and any future appointments will require a new deposit.

Refunds

• All deposits and service fees are non-refundable.
